Handmade
Margrét Jónsdóttir was born in Akureyri 1961. She studied ceramics at Kolding School of Design in Denmark. After graduation in 1985 she moved back to Iceland and opened her own ceramic workshop in her grandmother‘s garage. She has now run a studio at Gránufélagsgata 48 in Akureyri for over 20 years, where she creates and sells her pieces.
