The CALLA Mono Niki Babouche is the same shape as the classic Niki Babouche but rather than being made of vintage Boucharouite rugs, they are made from new rugs commissioned by CALLA. The material is handwoven by a community of women in the High Atlas Mountains. This colour story is made from a Boucharouite rug made of a mix of light blue fabrics sourced from the luxury fashion supply chain. Every pair supports local Moroccan craftspeople and their traditions.
- The babouches have a leather sole. They can be worn outdoors but we recommend to avoid getting them wet.
-Babouches are handmade in the souk of Marrakesh, Morocco. Small imperfections are possible and we consider them part of the shoe’s charm.
-Fit: If hesitating between 2 sizes, we recommend taking the larger size.
